Our commitment
Alternate Volts LLC wants everyone to be able to shop at eshopvolt.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we have done
- Every image has a text alternative.
- Every page has a skip link, a logical heading order and a declared language.
- All controls, including the cart and checkout, work with a keyboard alone and show a visible focus outline.
- Text can be resized to 200% without loss of content.
- Colours are chosen for contrast against their backgrounds.
- Checkout is handled by Stripe, whose payment page is built to the same standard.
Known limitations
Some product photographs and videos are supplied by manufacturers and may carry only a short description. We add fuller descriptions as we review them.
Tell us about a problem
If any part of this site is hard to use, email [email protected] with the page address and what happened. We reply within 5 business days and fix what we can. If a page blocks you from completing an order, email us and we will take the order by hand.
