How fulfillment works

Fulfillment depends on what you ordered.

Apparel — print-on-demand (the only auto-shipping path)

The only items that ship automatically from this site are apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, and similar print-on-demand garments).

Custom builds and parts — case by case after contact

Everything other than apparel — custom builds, parts, accessories — is fulfilled case by case after we speak with you directly.

You must email [email protected] BEFORE ordering any non-apparel item to confirm availability, lead time, and arrangement. Orders placed for non-apparel items without prior contact may be cancelled and refunded.

After we confirm your order, fulfillment is one of:

We do not offer auto-calculated shipping rates for custom builds or parts. We do not offer freight crating of complete vehicles through this storefront, because we do not sell complete vehicles through this storefront — see Terms § 4.

Risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier picks up the order or when you take possession at the pickup point, whichever applies. We are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen after that point, but we will provide all information needed to file a carrier claim.

Where we serve

We are based in Brooklyn, NY. Apparel ships anywhere our print-on-demand partner ships (most countries; see their published list). Local pickup is available in NYC, Long Island, and northern New Jersey. Arranged shipping for parts is the lower 48 United States. Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, and international destinations for non-apparel items are case by case — please email [email protected] before ordering.
